Grilled Summer Vegetables with Apple Mustard Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 purple onion
  • 5–10 padrón peppers
  • 5–10 champignons
  • 10–15 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (if you use a grill pan)
  • 1 tbsp summer savory
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts
  • salt, pepper

For the dip

  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tbsp spicy mustard
  • 1 tbsp grained mustard
  • salt, pepper

Grilled Summer Vegetables with Apple Mustard Sauce Directions

  1. Slice zucchini and onion thinly, half champignons, and cherry tomatoes.
