    Our grills achieve perfect heat distribution with custom grates for an unrivaled cooking experience. Utilize your total BTUs across the entire grill surface without worry of hot spots and uneven cooking—that’s 110,000 BTUs on our 36” model and 176,000 BTUs on the 54”.

  • Cooking Surface

    Both the Encore and Muscle Grill have more usable grill surface than any comparable grill. Easily section off the grill for different temperatures and fuels to simultaneously finish a full course meal for two, or rip through a pile of food for larger gatherings with power and speed.

  • Burners

    With up to eight 14-gauge #304 stainless steel burners at 22,000 BTUs each and easy-start flamethrower valves with backup manual lighting tubes, starting your gas, coal, or wood sources is effortless and efficient.

  • #304 Stainless Steel

    #304 is the preferred stainless steel grade on the market for durability and beauty and our favorite for hybrid grills. We source the highest grade American #304 stainless steel that is weather and temperature resistant, highly durable, and has a pristine look.

  • Reversible V-Grates

    Every hybrid grill comes with our robust and stylish reversible 9-gauge stainless steel V-Grates, engineered for high performance. Backed by an industry-top warranty, these grates are long-lasting and provide ample cooking versatility for different fuel combinations.

  • Fuel-Loading System

    Our patented fuel trays are at the heart of the innovation of the Hybrid Grill collection. We utilize our proprietary grate-lifting tools to allow you to easily load fuels or brush the debris from your trays—releasing the ash cleanly into our drip-tray system.

Load Your Fuel

Load your fuel trays with the fuel of your choice—choose wood logs, wood chunks, charcoal, lump coal, wood chips, or a combination. Easily lift up and down the patented V-grates using our proprietary grate-lifting tools.

Light Your Hybrid

Light your grill and let the 22k BTU gas burners ignite your solid fuels. Leave your burners on for 3-5 minutes to ensure your fuels begin combustion.

Turn the Gas Off

Turn off the gas and watch as the extra flow of oxygen ignites your solid fuels. This method is the quickest way to cook entirely on solid fuels.

Experience Flavor

Cook over open flame or hot coals in record time. Use wood in only a few fuel trays for a smokey flavor or sear over the gas burners or coal. The options are endless.
