Grilled Garlic Chardonnay Shrimp
Whether you’re planning a simple yet decadent weeknight meal or preparing a special alfresco date night at home, Grilled Garlic Chardonnay Shrimp sets the tone for an evening well spent outdoors. This recipe pairs tender shrimp with fresh garlic, butter, and a splash of chardonnay, creating a sauce that feels refined without feeling heavy. As the shrimp hit the grates, the wine reduces, and the garlic softens, building layers of flavor in just minutes.
Shrimp cook quickly, which keeps the pace relaxed and the experience enjoyable. A short time over steady heat delivers a firm bite and light caramelization along the edges—meanwhile, the sauce clings to every piece, offering richness balanced by brightness from the wine. Serve them straight from the grill with warm bread, spoon them over pasta, or plate them alongside seasonal vegetables for a meal that feels complete and thoughtful.
